• District Two - Headquartered in Redding, District 2 encompasses more than 27,000 square miles and all or part of nine counties. Seven northeastern counties are located within the district's boundaries, which include Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity. District 2 also services portions of Butte and Sierra Counties.

• R1M - Chains Required on Single Axle Trucks with trailers.
  
• R1 -  All Trucks & Vehicles without snow tires.
• R2 - All Single Axle Trucks & Vehicles with snow tires.
• R3 - All Trucks & Vehicles & 4x4s with snow tires.
